ACCCOS Summer Social: Cooking Class!

Expand your culinary horizons by joining our virtual cooking class led by Fest Cooking Experiences!  Their expert chef will walk us through cooking a complete meal - a delicious and fun way to make dinner on a Saturday night! 

Attendance will be FREE for ACCCOS Members!  Non-Members will have the option to sign up for $20 after May 20, so please email acccos.membership@gmail.com ASAP to join the waiting list if you are not a current ACCCOS member.

Join us on Sunday, May 2nd, for our New Grad Virtual Event! Come learn how to find work, what owners are looking for in hiring new ODs, how to open up your own practice, and more. You’ll get the chance to speak with ODs in different modalities in a small group setting, so bring your questions!

ACCCOS won COA Awards!

During the COA House of Delegates this past Saturday 2/20/2021, COA announced that ACCCOS won the Society of the Year and Society Project of the Year!

It was an honor to be recognized by COA! Among the many achievements, we were recognized for being able to bring our community together during the pandemic. We hope to continue to serve you all! Congratulations to Dr. Jennifer Fisher, Dr. Melanie Mason and ACCCOS board members and all members!

Jeffrey J. Walline, OD, PhD is the Associate Dean for Research at The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry, and he received his Master’s and PhD degrees from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.

Dr. Walline has led several pediatric contact lens studies, and he is the Study Chair of the Bifocal Lenses In Nearsighted Kids (BLINK) Study, a National Eye Institute-sponsored randomized clinical trial to investigate the myopia control effects of soft multifocal contact lenses.
